6. Terms of Sale

You may order products from ButcherCrowd by subscribing to one of our recurring delivery plans (Subscription Plans).
We offer delivery options every 1, 2, 4, or 8 weeks.
You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal before your next payment is processed.
If a payment is processed before you skip or cancel, we are unable to refund that order.

Add-on items are available within all subscription plans and can be added at checkout.
These items are priced individually and charged in addition to the plan price.
Add-on pricing may change over time due to market conditions.

Your subscription will renew automatically based on the frequency you selected at checkout.
If pricing or terms for your existing subscription change, you will be notified in advance via email before your next renewal date.

Gift Boxes or Commercial Partnership Boxes (not for retail sale) may also be offered from time to time under specific arrangements.

 

7. Payment and Billing

By providing your payment details, you authorise ButcherCrowd and our third-party payment processor to charge your nominated payment method for each order.
You agree to keep your payment details up to date.
If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be suspended until payment is received.

 

8. Delivery

We deliver frozen products nationwide using refrigerated courier partners, together with insulated packaging and gel ice to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide instructions for a safe drop location.
Once the order is delivered, responsibility for the box transfers to you.

Inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If any item appears damaged or unsafe for consumption, please contact support@butchercrowd.com.au within 3 days with photos attached.

 

9. Promotions and Rewards

From time to time, ButcherCrowd may run promotional offers or rewards programs.
Promotions are available for a limited time and may include specific eligibility criteria or participation requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that all

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the promotion or any associated benefits, and you may not be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation. If issues arise due to non-compliance with the stated instructions or eligibility criteria — including but not limited to failure to apply a code correctly, provide accurate delivery information, or meet purchase requirements — ButcherCrowd will not be held liable. Any reimbursement, replacement, or goodwill gesture in such cases will be at ButcherCrowd’s sole discretion.

Only one promotion can be claimed per customer per order.

We may also offer limited gift items (such as our Chef’s Knife or Stainless Steel Frying Pan) as part of promotional campaigns. These are available only while stocks last and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or credit.

ButcherCrowd reserves the right to modify, extend, or end any promotion or rewards program at any time without prior notice.

 

9b. ButcherCrowd Refer & Earn — Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility. The Refer & Earn program is open to current, active ButcherCrowd subscribers (“Referrer”) who have a valid account in good standing. Referred individuals (“Referee”) must be new to ButcherCrowd and must not have previously held a ButcherCrowd account.

2. How it works. Referrers can share their unique referral link with friends, family, or colleagues. When a Referee signs up using that link and completes their first paid order, both parties will receive the applicable rewards outlined below.

3. Referrer reward. The Referrer will receive $40 account credit, applied to their ButcherCrowd account automatically after the Referee’s first successful paid order. Credit will be automatically applied to the Referrer’s next order.

4. Referee reward. The Referee will receive: (a) $15 off their first box, applied automatically at checkout via the referral link; (b) $25 account credit, applied to their account automatically after their first successful paid order; and (c) the free protein for life welcome offer, subject to the conditions outlined in clause 6.

5. No referral limit. There is no limit on the number of friends a Referrer can refer. Each successful referral will generate a separate $40 credit, subject to these terms.

6. Free protein for life. The free protein for life offer entitles the Referee to one free protein addition included in every box for the duration of their active subscription. Available proteins are subject to change. This offer is only valid while the Referee maintains an active, paying ButcherCrowd subscription. If the subscription is paused, cancelled, or lapses, the free protein offer will cease. ButcherCrowd reserves the right to modify the available protein selection at any time.

7. Credit conditions. All credits issued under this program are applied to a ButcherCrowd account and are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or combinable with other promotional discount codes or offers unless otherwise stated.

8. Fraudulent activity. ButcherCrowd reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any credits issued under this program if fraudulent, suspicious, or non-genuine referral activity is detected, including but not limited to self-referrals or the creation of duplicate accounts.

9. Modification or withdrawal. ButcherCrowd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Refer & Earn program at any time without prior notice. Any credits already validly earned prior to withdrawal will be honoured.

10. General. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. By participating in the Refer & Earn program, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

 

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ButcherCrowd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of our website or services.
This includes, without limitation, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us at support@butchercrowd.com.au with full details of the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly.
If a matter cannot be resolved within 28 days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
