Made in Australia from wild-caught fish with authentic Thai seasonings—lemongrass, kaffir lime, fish sauce—and no artificial preservatives or additives. The fish is incorporated into the cake, not used as a thin coating.
Pan-fry in a little oil over medium heat for three to four minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Works as a starter, a main alongside salad, or as part of a larger spread.
