This brisket has already been through the long cook—slow-smoked over Australian hardwood until tender, then sliced and packed. There is nothing to do but heat it gently and serve.
Warm in a pan, in the oven covered, or straight from the bag in warm water. At approximately 275g it is sized for two as a main or four as a component in tacos, sandwiches, or loaded fries.
