Made in Australia with no added nitrites, no added sugar, and naturally wood smoked. Without nitrites the colour is lighter than conventional bacon, but the flavour is cleaner and more genuinely pork-forward.
Fry, grill, or bake as usual. The fat renders well and the natural wood smoke comes through clearly. No artificial preservatives, no artificial colours.
