Four patties made from 100% pure grass-fed lamb—no fillers, no binders, nothing added. The natural fat content in pure lamb is what holds the patty together and delivers the flavour.
At approximately 145g each they are sized for a proper burger. Cook from thawed on a hot grill or pan—the fat will render quickly and give a good char. Like all ButcherCrowd lamb, vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen.
