Read the ingredients list and there is very little on it you would not have in your own kitchen. Olive oil and nothing else, no added MSG, no artificial flavouring or preservatives, and non-GMO.
The chicken is Australian and free-range, free to roam and raised without antibiotics, off the same supply chain as a ButcherCrowd box.
Freezer to table in six to seven minutes in a 1000W microwave, or 50 to 60 minutes in a 170°C fan oven. Pack times are a guide, so heat until piping hot throughout.
