Lamb tenderloins are the equivalent of beef eye fillet—the inner loin muscle that does minimal work, producing a naturally fine-textured and delicate cut. They require very little cooking time and benefit from simple seasoning that lets the lamb speak for itself.
At approximately 300g this pack suits a dinner for two. Flash-cook over high heat and rest briefly—two to three minutes per side is typically sufficient. Like all ButcherCrowd lamb, vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen.
