Made from grass-fed Australian beef in a natural casing with a simple, clean ingredient list. The natural casing is what separates a proper sausage from an extruded one—it holds its shape, chars well on the BBQ, and gives a satisfying bite.
Five sausages at approximately 100g each. Equally at home in a bun, sliced into a tray bake, or served with mash. Vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen.
