Like all ButcherCrowd chicken, they’re free-range and pasture raised, then vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen to help preserve quality and freshness.
We love cooking them skin-on for extra flavour. Simply add your favourite seasoning and bake in the oven, finishing under the grill for a few minutes to crisp up the skin.
For something different, try cooking them on the barbecue with a honey, soy and sriracha marinade.
