The tenderloin is the small inner muscle that sits beneath the chicken breast—naturally tender, quick-cooking, and a consistent size that does not need trimming or butterflying for even cooking.
At approximately 600g this pack covers a generous dinner or meal prep for several days. Cook from thawed—three to four minutes per side over medium heat, or 12-15 minutes in a 200C oven. Vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen.
