The lower fat content means it benefits from added moisture in patties or meatballs—onion, breadcrumb, or a wet ingredient helps.
At 500g it covers most recipes. Works in dumplings, meatballs, burger patties, bolognese, or Asian-style stir-fry mince. Vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen.
