Made in Australia with free-range pork, no chemical nitrites, no E numbers and no colour enhancers — traditionally cured and naturally woodsmoked. Without synthetic curing agents the colour is softer than conventional ham, but the flavour is cleaner and more genuinely pork-forward.
Ready to eat straight from the pack or easily warmed through. Slice it thick for a board, dice it through pasta or risotto, warm it gently and serve as a centrepiece, or cut into chunks for a high-protein addition to any meal. No artificial preservatives, no artificial colours, nothing added that doesn't need to be there.
