Stir fry strips are cut thin so they cook through in two to three minutes at high heat—fast enough to seal without losing moisture. The key is a very hot pan or wok and no overcrowding: give the strips space and they will sear rather than steam.
At 500g it is the right amount for a family dinner with room for leftovers. Pre-cut and ready straight from thawed—no prep required.
