The rissoles are grass-fed beef seasoned with smoked paprika, oregano and white pepper. The gravy starts from real beef stock rather than a powder.
41.7g of protein, 5.3g of fibre and 564 calories in a 350g serve, which makes it one of the more filling meals for the calories.
A kitchen, not a factory. Cooked by chefs in small batches to our own recipes, with olive oil and nothing else, no added MSG, no artificial flavouring or preservatives, and non-GMO. Rapid-frozen at peak.
No thawing needed. Six to seven minutes in a 1000W microwave from frozen. In a 170°C fan oven, allow 50 to 60 minutes. Pack times are a guide, so check that it is piping hot throughout.
Contains gluten, wheat, fish and milk. This dish also carries a long may-contain list, because it runs on a shared production line: crustacean, egg, mollusc, peanut, soy, tree nuts and sesame. Read the panel on the pack if you have an allergy.
