Built the long way, and it shows. Beef ragu simmered down slowly, layered with pasta and bechamel, baked and finished with cheese.
It is the richest dish we make, at 813 calories and 42.4g of fat, and also the highest in protein at 54.1g. If you want the lean end of the range instead, the Beef Ragu runs to 10.4g of fat.
Two certifications sit behind the beef. Never Ever Beef Program, and Certified Humane Raised & Handled, which is independently audited rather than something we declare about ourselves.
Olive oil only. No added MSG, no artificial flavouring or preservatives, non-GMO. Cooked by chefs in small batches to our own recipes, then rapid-frozen at peak.
From frozen it is 50 to 60 minutes in a 170°C fan oven, or six to seven minutes in a 1000W microwave. Pack times are a guide, so heat until piping hot throughout.
