Barramundi is one of Australia’s most popular native fish—a mild, flaky white fish with a clean flavour that suits both simple and bold preparations. The flesh holds together well during cooking, making it forgiving for pan-frying, baking, or steaming.
Two portions per pack at approximately 120g each. Cook from thawed—three to four minutes per side over medium heat or 12-15 minutes in a 200C oven.
